We are authorised distributors of Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), and Specialised Investment Funds (SIF), serving HNI and retail investors across Thane, Mumbai, and Maharashtra.

• Contact & Enquiry Forms — Callback requests and general queries submitted via our website.
• WhatsApp — When you opt in to or initiate contact on our registered WhatsApp Business number.

All communications comply with TRAI and SEBI distributor communication guidelines. We do not send unsolicited messages to individuals who have not opted in.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial data. To deliver our services, we use trusted third-party technology platforms including email communication tools, WhatsApp Business API providers, workflow automation services, and cloud-based client data management tools. Data is shared with these providers only to the extent required for service delivery, and all providers are bound by appropriate data processing agreements prohibiting use of your data for their own commercial purposes.

We also use public mutual fund data services to generate indicative product return information within our distribution tools. No personal data is transmitted to such market data services.

We may disclose your data if required by law, regulatory directive, or by AMFI, SEBI, or any competent Indian regulatory or judicial authority.

• Active clients — Retained for the duration of the distribution relationship and thereafter as required by applicable regulation.
• Prospective clients / leads — Retained for up to 3 years from first contact, unless earlier deletion is requested.
• Regulatory records — AMFI and SEBI require distribution and KYC records to be maintained for a minimum of 5 years.
• Email subscribers — Retained until unsubscription. Purged upon written request.
• WhatsApp contacts — Retained while opted in. Removed promptly upon opt-out.

• Our website operates exclusively over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption).
• Our internal portfolio and client management tools are password-protected and accessible only to authorised AND Fintech personnel.
• Our client database is access-restricted and not publicly accessible.
• Financial data submitted via calculators is transmitted over encrypted connections and not retained in client-side browser sessions.

While we apply all reasonable security measures, no internet transmission is entirely risk-free. We advise you never to share bank passwords, OTPs, or sensitive credentials over informal channels.

• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — Request deletion of your data, subject to regulatory retention obligations.
• Withdraw Consent — Withdraw consent for marketing communications without affecting access to our distribution services.
